Risk Factors for Type 2 Diabetes

In previous articles we have discussed 12 ways to prevent diabetes. This time we will share information about the people who are at risk for diabetes, so after knowing this information, the fewer people affected by diabetes.
Type 2 Diabetes

Diabetes suffered by anyone, both women and men. However, there are several factors that can increase the risk of diabetes. We need to know, a person is said to have diabetes if the production of the hormone insulin in the body is no longer fulfilled by the body. Risk factors for type 2 diabetes

  • 45 years or older.

  • high cholesterol levels
  • have high blood pressure
  • diabetes during pregnancy
  • had delivered a baby weighing more than 5 kg 
If you already have some risks above, you should immediately change your lifestyle to become more healthy. So you can avoid diabetes, especially type 2 diabetes.
