Dangers of Fatty Foods for Health: Depression

There are many dangers of fatty foods for health. At least, fatty foods can increase the risk of diabetes, stroke and high blood pressure. In addition to our bodies, our minds can also be disrupted if too often eat fatty foods.

Fatty foods can make people addicted that will lead to depression, according to a study published in the International Journal of Obesity and loaded in Timesofindia.

We both know, sometimes fatty food is much
delicious than the low-fat diet. But foods high in saturated fat such as burgers, butter can cause inflammation in the brain and throughout the body. That's one of the dangers of fatty foods for health.

Depression

When inflammation occurs continuously for a long time, will cause emotional changes due to changes in a negative mood. In addition, other causes of emotional changes is the protein in the brain is altered by fatty acids in the diet. If this condition continues over time, it will result in emotions become unstable resulting in a person suffering from depression and anxiety.

"In the short term, high-fat diet is fun, but in the long run, and with increasing adiposity (fat mass) that has a negative effect on mood. We know that diet is a major contributor to the obesity epidemic in the world." According to Dr. Stephanie Fulton.

To overcome the dangers of fatty foods for health one can do with replacing our oil with olive oil, olive oil is high in omega 9. So that we can avoid depression.
